Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted.

Conference Registration

The conference registration fee includes:

· Access to all conference sessions,

· Conference programme (via conference app),

· Lunches and coffee breaks,

· Welcome reception,

· Guided walking tour.

The Conference Dinner is at an additional cost of € 75.00 per person.

STUDENTS Must be a student (Bachelor or Master) during the academic year 2024-2025 (a copy of student’s ID will be requested on-site/upon registration).

ACCOMPANYING PERSON This type of registration is limited to a close family member or a partner of a full-paying delegate.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION - Full payment is required when making your booking. - Cancellation notification must be emailed to hepa2025@lsu.lt and received by the close of business on 9 September 2025. - For cancellations received on or before 17th June 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted. - No‐shows will not receive a refund. - Substitutions are welcome (On the same registration category) In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
