HEPA 2025 | Kaunas

The annual Conference and annual Meeting of HEPA Europe 2025 will be hosted in the Radisson Hotel Kaunas Meeting and Event Centre. The main Radisson Hotel Kaunas offers one of the largest meeting and event centres in the area, catering for up to 1200 guests and featuring state-of-the-art technical equipment. The Hotel Meeting and Event Centre has 9 different conference/board rooms that can host up to 550 guests. The venue is located in the city centre and fully meets specific requirements for the HEPA Europe Conference, including HEPA Europe Working Group Meetings, HEPA Europe Network Annual General Meeting, European Union Physical Activity Focal Points Network Meeting and European Union Physical Activity Focal Points Network Marketplace. This venue also has a spacious registration space, a speaker ready room, lounge with a terrace for catering.

The HEPA Europe Steering Committee Meeting will be hosted in the Central Building of the Lithuanian Sports University (LSU) and the national Darius and Girėnas Stadium. The venues are located within walking distance to the most important sites in the city centre and the Old Town.

The LSU is located right next to the city centre in a very picturesque place next to the Ažuolynas oak grove and national Darius and Girėnas Stadium. All distances from the venues to the most important facilities, the city centre and the old town are within walking distance.
