Visa & Passports for Lithuania

Everyone entering Lithuania must have a valid passport, or in the case of European Union Member States, a national identity card. Visitors should verify the required identification with their airline carrier before traveling, as some airlines within Europe only accept passport identification.

Visa Requirements: Delegates from certain countries may require a visa. Please check with your local Lithuanian representation and travel operator to determine if a visa is needed. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania oversees immigration and visa policies. For more information on visa requirements for Lithuania, visit the official website here.

Visa Application Process: If a visa is required, delegates will need a mediation letter from the conference office. This letter can be issued once registration is completed and paid in full. To obtain this letter, email the conference office at hepa2025@lsu.lt. Ensure you have booked and paid for accommodation for the duration of your stay, as this information should be included with your visa application.

Processing Time: Visa applications can take several weeks. It is advisable to start the process early to ensure timely approval.
