Visa Application Process: If a visa is required, delegates will need a mediation letter from the conference office. This letter can be issued once registration is completed and paid in full. Ensure you have booked and paid for accommodation for the duration of your stay, as this information should be included with your visa application.

Processing Time: Visa applications can take several weeks. It is advisable to start the process early to ensure timely approval.
