Please note that the conference is limited to in-person only. There is no virtual participation option.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

- Full payment is required when making your booking.
- Cancellation notification must be emailed to hepa2025@lsu.lt and received by the close of business on 9 September 2025.
- For cancellations received on or before 17th June 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted.
- No‐shows will not receive a refund.
- Substitutions are welcome (On the same registration category) 

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
